Welcome to Rosecrest Communities Master Homeowners Association

Welcome to Rosecrest Communities. Rosecrest Communities Master Homeowners Associations is the umbrella association for all residential properties & neighborhoods within its boundaries. The Master Association sets the primary covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) as well as the site development and architectural design standards for the community. The mission of Rosecrest Communities Master HOA is to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in the community’s governing documents including providing administration and financial management services, enforcing HOA rules and policies, processing Design Review Requests, caring for and maintaining common areas, and more.

Some individual neighborhoods may also have their own homeowner associations in addition to the Master Association. While still subject to the Master Association rules and guidelines, these Neighborhood Associations or Sub Associations have common areas, rules, and assessments that are exclusive to that neighborhood.

Homeowners are expected to abide by the community’s governing documents including the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Design Guidelines, as well as any Resolutions, Rules, and Policies put forth by the HOA. All of these documents are made available to homeowners upon request. Some are made available on the HOA’s website. Homeowners are expected to pay all assessments/fees on time. Any unpaid or late assessments are subject to the HOAs collection policy which may include late fees, interest, collection/attorney fees, liens, and foreclosures. Any changes or modifications to the exterior of a lot must be reviewed and approved by the HOA’s Design Review Committee prior to installation. Design Guidelines and Design Review Request Forms are made available on this website or by email request. Violations of the community’s CC&Rs, Design Guidelines, and other rules may result in fines and revocation of member rights.
