About Rosecrest Communities

Since 1999, Rosecrest Communities has developed over 2,500 acres of mixed-use residences in the rolling foothills of the south west bench of the Salt Lake Valley. These neighborhoods are surrounded by vast open areas and trail systems that connect residents to recreation and nature right outside their door. Some neighborhoods are connected by Home Owners Associations with maintenance free living and private access to clubhouses and other amenities. From starter townhomes to luxury million dollar views, Rosecrest offers homes for wherever you are in life. Each builder in Rosecrest is interviewed and selected to provide only the best options and award-winning quality available. From the beginning, the Rosecrest master community was designed to create more than just a place to live, but a thriving community with homes for all walks of life, access to nature and recreation, commercial outlets such as gas stations, retail and office spaces, and community buildings such as schools, churches, and city buildings. In the Salt Lake Valley, living on the bench has always meant breathtaking views in a prestigious neighborhood. At Rosecrest it still does. Rosecrest offers stunning, elevated views of the entire Salt Lake Valley and into Utah County. The Rosecrest community pushes up against the Oquirrh Mountains; land that acts as a buffer between our residential neighborhoods and nature. Much of the community is equal in elevation to Olympus Cove and the Avenues, but in a quiet, secluded setting that offers residents immediate access to everything that is important; be it recreation, shopping or entertainment. With Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter Highway just 5 minutes away, Rosecrest residents have convenient access to I-15, I-215, and other major roadways connecting Salt Lake and Utah Counties.

Neighborhoods

Rosecrest neighborhoods are part of the Rosecrest Master Plan. Years of planning, designing, and engineering have gone into every aspect of these neighborhoods from the slope of the roads you drive on, to the stormwater drainage system, to the parks your kids play at, and the style and character of each home.

Amenities

Rosecrest has built over 10 parks including a unique splash pad, tennis & basketball courts, 10+ miles of planned paved trails and much more. In addition, Rosecrest residents enjoy the benefits of having close access to beautiful natural open spaces along the foothills of the south valley.
