Welcome to Spring in Rosecrest Communities Master HOA!

Dear Residents,

As the flowers bloom and the temperatures rise, it’s time to embrace the vibrant energy of spring in our community. Here’s what’s happening in Rosecrest Communities this season:

1. Sentinel Ridge Park Improvements: If you live near Sentinel Ridge Park, you may have seen some landscape trucks doing work down in the bottom of the basin. We are excited to announce that the storm drain is finally connected and the open space in the bottom of the basin will be landscaped this summer. Additionally, the parking lot has been seal coated, re-striped, and new parking blocks added.

2. Additional Park Improvements: The HOA will be adding some additional trash cans in various park locations to help manage trash in high traffic areas. You may also see some updated signs in park areas. The HOA is also seeking bids to re-pave or seal the asphalt trail areas.

3. Common Area Landscape Maintenance: Landscape crews are attending to all of the parks and open space ares within the Community. In the coming weeks, the landscapers will perform various treatments and services to make the common areas look as good as they can be.

4. Landscape & Exterior Maintenance Tips & Reminders: Landscaped areas should be watered, mowed, trimmed, pruned, and weeded regularly to maintain an attractive aesthetic. Home exteriors should be in good condition and repair. RVs, trailers, and boats should be parked on RV pads and not in driveways or on the street. Trash cans should be stored inside the garage or on the side yard. Trash and other miscellaneous items should be picked up and put away.

5. Community Standards: As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the beauty and integrity of our community, we wanted to remind you about the upcoming HOA inspection. During the inspection, our team will be conducting a routine drive-through of the neighborhoods to ensure that properties are in compliance with our community guidelines and regulations. This includes aspects such as landscaping, exterior maintenance, and any other specified requirements outlined in our HOA documents. We kindly ask that you take this opportunity to review your property and address any potential issues or concerns that may arise. If you have any questions about specific guidelines or need assistance with maintenance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our HOA office. We’re here to help! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to the overall well-being and aesthetics of our community.

We hope you’re as excited about spring and summer as we are! If you have any questions or suggestions for how we can continue to improve our community, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the HOA board.

Wishing you a joyful and rejuvenating spring season!

Warm regards,
